1. Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
2. Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
3. Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
4. Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
5. Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
6. Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
7. Ability to track and remove impediments.

This position will be a member of an engineering team focused on the application of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) languages, methods, and tools to support development of models for a complex weapon system. The ideal candidate will have experience/education in systems engineering, design engineering, and system modeling using SysML. The candidate shall apply this knowledge to develop weapon system models of system requirements, interfaces, architecture and behavior. This position will require the candidate to work with a specialized team of Government and Contractor engineers, using state of the art systems engineering and software development tools, to integrate existing subsystem models into a coherent high level weapon system modeling and simulation environment.

STS is searching for a full-time Project Manager for multiple IT programs supporting the U.S. Army Material Command (AMC). The job location would be onsite at AMC in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing ongoing daily "hands on" responsibility for the management of Tasks / Projects involved in the performance of automated Information Systems activities directly related to systems design, analysis, programming, evaluation, development of formal top-level specifications, certification and testing of information management systems to include telecommunications and office automation applications.
